For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks and most major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard).  Personal checks are accepted by completing a credit application and approved for a line-of-credit.  Payment is required on the day of your appointment.  If you have dental insurance, your estimated co-payment and deductible are due on that day.

A pre-pay/flex-plan/cafeteria plan is available.  By completing an application, patients choose to make regular pre-payments into their dental account to a pre-determined cash reserve (non-interest bearing).  This cash reserve is used to pay for the patient's dental services to be provided in the future, including anticipated urgent/emergency care needs.

We gladly accept most traditional insurance plans and file your claims.  Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.  Dr. James J Blado, DDS does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.  Please see our Patient Care Financial Coordinator for details.  We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.  We accept these insurance companies and methods of payment:
